Identity -

the individual characteristics by which a person or thing is recognised.


The time we live in, and the speed at which visual information fluctuates through our consciousness, decide what get noticed or not.

It is therefore important to find visual markers that signal direction and meaning. The mass of information challenges our ethics and our ability to make our own selections. The knowledge of this is increasing in late-modern consumer, and they can therefore not be expected to remain loyal to established brands and identities. In its place a marked-based pluralism appears, only adding to the sense of constant change. We see it as our responsibility to work out flexible methods and strategies to utilise this situation to our common good.
